Will crypto rise again in 2022 after a crash?

Cryptocurrencies have been on a roller coaster ride over the past few years. After reaching all-time highs in late 2017 prices crashed in 2018 and have been struggling to recover ever since. Many investors have lost faith in cryptocurrencies and are wondering if they will ever rise again. However, there are some signs that the market is starting to turn around. Here’s a look at what could cause cryptocurrencies to rise again in 2022.

The cryptocurrency had a rocky start to the year with prices crashing multiple times. However many experts believe that it will rise again in 2022. There are many projects that are still in the early stages of development and once they are released there is bound to be a lot of interest in them. It is difficult to predict the future for any market but it looks like cryptocurrency is headed for another comeback in 2022.

Will the bitcoin market rebound in 2022, following the crash? This is, without a doubt, one of the most pressing concerns of today's cryptocurrency users.

Will cryptocurrency make a comeback?

This is perhaps one of the most frequently asked questions among cryptocurrency users these days. In the previous two weeks, the global cryptocurrency market has plummeted, with several prominent crypto prices hitting new lows in 2022. During the current slump, the price of one of the most popular cryptos (Luna) has dropped to virtually nothing.

Despite the enormous drop, this is most likely not the worst situation the entire crypto community has ever faced.

The drop, according to Om Malviya, President of Tezos India, hasn't been of the same size as the one observed in 2019.

Malviya believes that cryptocurrencies will rebound as soon as the globe recovers from the global economic crisis. "A blow like this really shakes up market attitudes". It only comes back to life when the badly constructed mechanisms are removed."

Meanwhile, the global crypto markets appear to have weathered the recent storm, with some blue-chip cryptos trading in the green once more. Bitcoin has recovered to the $30,000 mark.

cryptos like BNB, Cardano, XRP, Solana, Polkadot, and Dogecoin have risen up to 9%. While the global crypto market value climbed by 3.36 percent to $1.31, the price of Solana increased by more than 7% to $53.6. The price of Avalanche (Avax) has risen by 8.52 percent to $32.09.

Stablecoin markets appear to have weathered the storm, with blue-chip cryptos like Bitcoin rebounding to $30K levels.

Insiders in the cryptocurrency business are confident about the market's comeback.

"I believe it will rebound, as a crypto optimist." Do Kwon's strategy demonstrates a desire to return; however, it is difficult to achieve the same level of value; it appears to be a model of repaying a loan by taking out another loan, which is not a sustainable model. Other large cryptos, on the other hand, should rebound stronger by establishing a long-term future for crypto, similar to how Ethereum is progressing to the next stage of evolution. This crypto winter may not be gone anytime soon, but it will return," says Dileep Seinberg, the founder and CEO of MuffinPay, crypto, and fintech firm.
